What does the fox say?

I made this card for my brother way back in August but I haven't been able to share until the dies were realised and they were released this past weekend at the Collins show in the USA.

On this card I used "Dutch" the fox and the Happy Birthday pop up.

Dutch is such a great fox and true to Karen Burnistons style so simple to make with the larger
layer behind to mount all the pieces on, less fiddle and more fun!

The Happy Birthday pop up is fab isnt it?!  The Happy Birthday
layer in the set can of course be used on its own too.

It seems that this fox is all about saying Happy Birthday :)

Also Dutch is wearing the party hat from Props 2 another great set.
Hopefully coming soon to Crafts U Love.

Thank you

Needed a thank you card for someone special and I made this one. I used the sizzix debi potter fox and the karen burniston tree.  The leaves were a punch.

The papers are simple stories. The dies and papers available from crafts u love.

Meet Frankenpop - 2nd card for the Karen Burniston Designer Challenge

Today I have used Poppy from the Karen Burniston range of dies made by Elizabeth Craft Designs. And I styled Poppy to look like Frankenstein and then made a spooky scene using the Tree from Karen's All Season Tree and an embossing folder which I have highlighted with silver Gelatos. And created the moon by making a mask and again using gelato.

Looks like Poppy is all set for a spell of Trick or Treating!

Remember to check out all the other designers cards the links to their blogs are on the left

I made this weeks Create and Take at work (Crafts U Love) and this week we were making a Birthday card for a young girl or a girlie girl who loves pretty Fairies.

I used the Marianne Fairy Star

White Versamark ink pad

I layered the fairy with a light blue under the teal fairy.

I hope you like it.

Just a quicky.  I made this owl up last night using the new Xcut owl.  He has turned out cute.

Simples

I've made a couple of really simple cards lately too... here are two of them.

This one was made using the Sizzix Debi Potter Fox  HERE
I used a circle punch and small star punch to make a mask
and used a silver metallic cream to made the moon and stars "pop" out from the nights sky.

Here is a little card I made with the Skull and Crossbuns bunting stamp
and the Lawn Fawn Owl stamps and the little rose was a freebie.

Sending you Hedgehugs

I made this little card for my friend Suzie Q featuring the Hedgehugs from Lawn Fawn.
I mounted it onto the Karen Burniston Lorna Pop up and you
can get the Lorna Pop up HERE

The bunting stamp was one that I had made for me by Skull and Crossbuns
this design was made for me when I was running my Say it in bunting.
But there is a simular one HERE with just the 4 flags.
These are hand carved and excellent quality.
